Summary of Position: The Customer Service Associate will be based in Lewiston, ME. The right candidate will be an integral part of our talented team, supporting our continued growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performing fast and accurate data entry
Locating and copying both physical and electronic files upon request
Resolving or escalating self-service IT issues that arise while performing routine tasks
Consistently adhering to business procedure guidelines
Taking direction from supervisor or site manager
Maintaining all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
Participating in cross-training and performing other duties as assigned
Working well as a member of a team
Email and phone communication with coworkers and customers
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 6 months customer service or administrative office work related experience
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Data entry or advanced keyboarding skills preferred
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills required (Word and Excel required)
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
