Hours 8-4:30 M-F
Performs Quality Checks on work produced in department for completeness and accuracy.
May perform AOM related duties such as building the weekly plan, uploading data, and exercising in-period control.
Coordinates workflow for the entire team.
Supports more complex investigations and research functions related to Debit, ATM, PIN and POS transactions.
Handles research of Regulation E claims.
Handles research and resolution of rejected items and Debit Card Production.
Supports results of Debit Card investigations.
Provides direct customer phone support for the combined Debit Card Operations business.
Works with external departments in gathering documents and customer information.
Maintains and tracks all work completed.
Ensures completeness and accuracy of data. Distributes information in a timely manner according to established policy and procedures.
Ability to prioritize, organize and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Develops and manage productive working relationships, internal and external
Provides the highest level of Customer service when dealing with internal partners, vendors or our Customers - WOW at every opportunity.
Strong computer skills required, as well as an eye for detail.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent GED
1 - 3 years related experience required
Work supervised is generally homogenous and the group supervised is usually 10 or less individuals
Some previous lead or guidance experience is preferred or demonstrated leadership ability
Knowledge of deposit services policies and procedures is required or other relevant banking operations experience.
Direct experience in one or more deposit services functions is preferred
Demonstrates attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload to meet unit objectives
The demonstrated ability to provide guidance to others, clarifying complex policies and procedures and facilitating knowledge-sharing in the work group
Some Leadership skills or previous leadership ability
Bank Operations exp.
Excellent communication skills required (written and verbal)
Organizational skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
