Job Description
Ensure day-to-day quality assurance of department and/or Employees
Supervise, develop, coach and motivate Employees to achieve quality assurance goals
Act as a backup to the Quality Assurance Manager as needed
Provide leadership and direction to enhance and improve processes and practices within the department
Lead and apply the performance management process, supporting Employees in their personal and performance development
Maintain strong relationships with partners and peers by sharing best practices, knowledge and leveraging experience
Ensure ongoing training and development of staff and assist with training and development efforts
Provide mentoring and coaching to assigned Employees
Participate in the selection, placement and training of new team members
Enhance reward and recognition programs
Participate in meetings and coaching sessions
Job Requirements
Underwriting experience required. Prefer both Consumer & Mortgage
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
2-4 years related experience required
Strong Customer service orientation
Leadership and conflict resolution skills
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform in a fast paced environment
