We are looking for an energetic team player with a positive attitude, open mind and calm temperament. People skills are crucial. Applicant must also have keen observational skills, professional boundaries, an effective communication style and the ability to maintain patient confidentiality .
Duties include but are not limited to: Patient observation/care, limit setting, ADL''s, vital signs, 15 minute checks, one on ones, milieu management, groups, documentation. This person will work as part of a multidisciplinary team with RN''s, MD''s, case managers, rec therapists and teachers.
Qualifications: CNA required.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
