Sodexo is seeking a dynamic candidate to fill the position of a General Manager 4 at Central Maine Medical Center in Lewiston, Maine. CMMC is a full service Sodexo Account that has just undergone a $1,000,000 Cafeteria Renovation and is now a Tier 3 Sodexo Fresh Inspirations Retail unit. CMMC is a 250 bed facility that serves a community of 400,000 in the Mid-Maine area. The account also offers a Starbuck Coffee Shop and a Red Mango Location.
The successful candidate will have previous General Manager Experience in Hospitals and will be responsible for all operational areas of the Food Service Operations. Previous experience with AYR and FI is desired. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate the ability to innovate and motivate others to accomplish goals, drive Sodexo standards and complete assignments. Previous experience in a P& L environment is also highly desired. The successful applicant will understand the P&L; principals that are needed to control cost in a fee environment, drive sales and the importance of constantly monitoring their business model to ensure long term financial results.
The selected individual will provide strategic leadership; provide long and short range planning, organization and implementation of all appropriate Sodexo programing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing a strong WEB of Influence within the CMMC organization and working in concert with other Sodexo GM's on site (CTM) to support and enhance Sodexo's position in the CMMC community.
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated previously successful client relation skills should be demonstrated. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written are required.

Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
