Job Description/
Responsibilities:
Overnight Position:
Responsible for all maintenance activities including bottling lines, facility, grounds and special projects.
Anticipate and communicate relevant issues to Supervisor/Manager and for keeping machinery runtime at optimum level.
Effectively communicate interdepartmentally to ensure highest machine efficiency.
Abide by all safety requirementsModel safe work practices.
Troubleshooting and problem solvingWork with supervisors to determine and solve equipment repairs in order of priorityPerform Preventive Maintenance on machines.
Maintain safe work areasUtilize good communication skills with all personnelQualifications/Requirements:
Qualifications:
Strong detail orientationApprenticeship program, technical school, or Associates DegreeMinimum 3 years of relevant experienceRequired Qualifications:
Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours (nights/weekends)Demonstrate the ability to work as a team as well as self-directedAbility to communicate with all levels of an orgDemonstrated ability to work quickly and effectively in demanding situationsPrevious experience in manufacturing or warehouse environmentWork independentlyAbout the Company:
