We are seeking a passionate and skilled Process Engineer to join our dynamic team.
You will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and optimizing industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.

Responsibilities:
1.
Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize manufacturing processes and workflows for maximum efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
2.
Conduct process simulations and troubleshooting to ensure reliable operations.
3.
Assess current processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement necessary changes.
4.
Work closely with the production team to ensure that the manufacturing process aligns with the company's business objectives.
5.
Utilize the OSI PI database to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights for process improvements.
6.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance, production, and maintenance, to facilitate process enhancements.
7.
Provide technical support and training to the production team on new process implementations.
8.
Ensure all processes comply with safety and environmental regulations.
9.
Continually monitor, evaluate, and improve the manufacturing process to minimize waste and reduce costs.
10.
Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related concerns.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
2.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, with at least 2 years in a process engineering role.
3.
Must have paper manufacturing experience.
4.
Proficiency with OSI PI database or similar process management software.
5.
Strong understanding of manufacturing process design, improvement, and quality control.
6.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
7.
Strong technical skills with the ability to apply engineering principles and techniques.
8.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
9.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
10.
Strong commitment to ensuring safety and compliance with environmental regulations.
