$15K Bonus for 1-5 years of experience$20K Bonus for 5
years of experience or 1 year of home or hospice care.
Our Lewiston office has a full-time position available for a Registered Nurse.
5 day, 8-hour or 4 day, 10-hour shifts! Rotating holidays and weekends, Wednesdays off.
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION:
To maintain the client with need of skilled nursing in his/her own home and to maximize his/her functions through the use of nursing interventions while functioning as case manager, directing and coordinating an interdisciplinary team.
Providing Nursing Services under the direction of a physicians plan of care.
Serving as the case manager, directing and coordinating the work of a mix of other health care providers.
EDUCATION:
Graduate of professional school of nursing with state and regional accreditation required; NLN accreditation required; Baccalaureate degree in nursing preferred.
Experience:
One year of recent clinical nursing experience required.
Home health nursing experience preferred.
LICENSURE AND CERTIFICATION:
Current R.
N.
license in the State of Maine.
ANA certification in Home Health or Community Health Nursing encouraged.
