5K a year Brann & Isaacson, a 20 attorney law firm with offices in Lewiston and Portland, is seeking an experienced legal assistant to provide support to its municipal and business practice areas.
This is a full-time position in its Lewiston office with competitive pay, excellent benefits, including health, dental, life, and disability insurance, 401(k)/profit sharing plan, paid parking, a hybrid work schedule consisting of both in-office and remote work days, and holiday, sick, vacation and personal time.
The in-office days are in the firm's Lewiston location.
Responsibilities include scheduling, time entry, tracking case deadlines, setting up new matters, organization of files, tracking data, filing, and preparation of documents.
Candidates with prior legal experience in business transaction and District and Federal court litigation preferred.
Proficiency in Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe or Nuance PDF and experience with ShareFile and Worksite/iManage is preferred.
Applicants must possess excellent attention to detail, organizational and interpersonal skills.
