Sodexo at Central Maine Medical Center is looking for a qualified candidate to fill a vacancy in the production area within the department of Food and Nutrition.
The candidate must have 2-3 years institutional cooking or equlivant Restaurant and Hotel Experience, some catering experience would be a plus. You must be a team player, have a proven track record and be able follow recipes and take direction in a busy fast paced opreation.
