Position Description
This __ Training Instructor __position will be responsible for:
Responsible for conducting training courses for internal staff, both in a training classroom environment or one-on-one with floor staff; training may also take place via Live Meeting
Develop and prepare lesson plans and system-related materials, including the method, media, and documentation to be presented.
Responsible for various reporting requirements, including gathering data such as testing scores.
Interface with new clients, learn and develop specifications for new client training implementation.
Develop and document all workflow processes and procedures, as well as manage and maintain these pathways.
Conduct monthly building compliance checks in order to maintain PHI (Patient Health Information) confidentiality
Minimum Requirements
Entry level human resources or training experience
Critical Skills
Medical Billing/Revenue Cycle experience required
Computer proficiency with MS Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Able to communicate well with an audience/customer base of all people at all levels, including clerical staff and client executives
Must possess excellent project management and organizational skills, ability to research and review processes, and plan and effectively manage time
Light travel to client locations is required from time to time
Additional Knowledge & Skills
Some knowledge of practices and policies related to training; good written and verbal communication and presentations skills.
Medical billing/revenue cycle background is helpful
Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Multi-tasking, flexible to accept new and changing priorities
Able to accept constructive feedback, work toward self-improvement and professional growth
Ability for public speaking
Energetic and enthusiastic
Education
4-year degree in human resources, business or related field or equivalent experience
