Work independently but receives assistance/ccoaching from more senior levels
Coach other team members, as appropriate, within area of expertise
Identify, develop, and maintain key linkages with business partners including the retail product management, retail distribution, commercial banking, support services and North American business partners such as TD Wealth Management, TD Ameritrade and TD Insurance
Help senior management by giving insightful and pro-active reporting and analysis and various corporate and business line initiatives
Work with line of business team members/ resource
Resolve issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, other internal departments, outside contacts as necessary
Work cross-functionally as required to drive strategic initiatives and improve processes
Add financial value to company by analyzing company data to identify and recommend initiatives that positively and materially impact the financial results of the company
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or progressive work experience in addition to experience below
3-5 Years of related experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision making skills
Exceptional active listening skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines while simultaneously working on multiple projects
